Welcome to the CRM Working Group

This is the website of the aviation industry Crew Resource Management Working Group (CRM-WG).  For more information about the CRM-WG please see the About page. 

The site is intended to support the charitable work of other groups, associations and organizations who need to collaborate on funded Human Factors projects such as conferences and training materials.

The CRM-WG has no remit other than to provide resources for other groups engaged in Human Factors research and advocacy, does not operate at a profit, has no long-term funding of its own, and does not support commercial activities except as required to allow charitable projects to reach a successful conclusion.  It is primarily structured to encourage inter-group collaboration by providing project-based financial support for the distribution of training and research materials and conference registration services.
